About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our construction projects and assist senior management in planning, execution, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent civil engineering graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on project management experience in building construction.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in preparing project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.

Support site teams in executing works as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and escalate issues to seniors.

Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met and report non-conformities.

Enforce site safety rules and promptly report hazards or incidents.

Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to ensure workflow efficiency.

Track material deliveries and usage; report shortages or excesses.

Qualifications & Experience :

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

0–5 years of experience in building construction projects.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of project management and construction documentation.

• Familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is an advantage.
