BrainDonors Cloud is searching for a senior leader to own the org.’s paid media strat. & growth roadmap. You’ll oversee multi-channel perf. campaigns (G.Ads, M.ta, TikT.k, L.In, Pr.g, and more), align mktg. vision with business goals, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

In this role, you will :

Define & execute paid media strat. aligned with brand & growth targets.

Lead, mentor & scale the mktg. team.

Oversee large-scale budgets, ensuring ROI & cost efficiency.

Collaborate with Creative, Data & Sales to deliver integrated growth plans.

Stay ahead of mktg. trends, platform updates & emerging ad tech.

What you bring :

10+ yrs exp. in digital / perf. mktg., with proven leadership in paid media.

Track record of scaling budgets & delivering measurable growth.

Strong analytical, comms., and strategic planning skills.

Ability to inspire & align cross-team execution.
