Responsibilities :

• Support onboarding activities and assist in employee orientation.
• Maintain employee files and support preparation of basic HR documents.
• Update employee information in HRIS and ensure accuracy.
• Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with HR policies.
• Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with senior HR when needed.
• Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and collecting documents.
• Help in preparing simple HR reports and data summaries.
