Customer Care Associate | Full-Time (On-Site)

LOCATION : PULLEPADY, NEAR MG ROAD, COCHIN

WHAT YOU NEED (Qualifications and Skills)

  • Minimum : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. (Hindi is a bonus)
  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Comfortable with Email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and e-commerce operations is a bonus.
  • Ability to listen, de-escalate, and solve customer problems.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling customer queries across Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media channels.
  • Being knowledgeable and assisting customers across their purchase journey.
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams(Logistics providers) to close customer issues.
  • Meeting established customer service KPIs, metrics, and goals
  • Assisting in training junior team members in the future
  • Note : This is a full-time, on-site role. Part-timers or students may not be suitable. We’re a lean and focused team, and your full presence during work hours matters.
