Experience / Qualification / skills required :

Qualification : Masters in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Chemistry

Experience : Minimum 5-7 Years of overall experience, in food & beverage industry, of which at least 1-3 years of regulatory experience.

Knowledge & skills : . Technical expertise : 1. Basic understanding of food regulations like FSSAI, LMR, CPCB & individual state excise

2. Knowledge of food additives, ingredients and their applications

3. Knowledge of Analytical & microbiological parameters and their limits.

• . Internal Focus : Understanding of alcobev regulations and interpretations.
• . External focus : Be on the lookout for new rules / amendments that can be smoothly incorporated by the organization and be compliant.

Best suited for someone who Is keen to learn and interpret rules and regulations and for someone who has a keen sense of attention to details.
