As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and, develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.

Responsible for driving sales through new accounts for revenue growth with prime focus on outbound and Inbound leads, focused on US marketDeveloping and executing account plans to achieve targets : Account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentationsIdentify customers' business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a long-term strategic partnershipDetermine availability needs and objectives gains of businesses of proposed solution / services, tying back to customer business growthProspect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry researchServe as the key client contact on multiple accountAddress complicated customer queries around our product offeringOur Checklist :
You take ownership and have a proven track record of resultsShould have very high motivation and be a self-starterHave 4-5+ years of experience working in salesA strong relationship building skill with key decision-makers in small / medium & large-sized companies in the respective territoryMust be comfortable with an Individual-contributor rolePrior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or any other field related to exports is a plus
