About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a solid foundation in business development, client relations, and sales strategy within the exciting and growing amusement and tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs
- Support the development of new ideas and initiatives to grow our guest base and increase revenue
- Help in communicating with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Participate in the negotiation and coordination of small-scale deals and collaborations
- Track and report daily / weekly progress and performance to the management team
- Stay informed about industry developments, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal departments to support event planning and on-ground execution
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any relevant fieldStrong interest in business development, sales, or marketingExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Basic analytical and problem-solving abilitiesConfidence in using email, MS Office, and online research toolsOutgoing personality and eagerness to learn and grow professionallyAbility to work in a team environment and take initiative when neededWhat We Offer :
