Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Executive. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and coordinating various human resource initiatives. The role involves ensuring compliance with organizational policies and supporting an effective and positive workplace environment. Collaboration with team members to execute HR processes and enhance employee engagement will also be key.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns
• Thorough knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
