Marketing Associate

Mili is a house of tailored AI agents for advice firms. Our specialised agents handle tasks that advisors' time - from meeting notes to client onboarding. The Meeting Agent captures conversations without recordings, updates CRMs instantly, and sends follow-ups in minutes. Other agents handle scheduling, data management, prospect research, and compliance.

The Role

We're looking for a marketing associate who will own our marketing execution from day one. This role involves :

Creating and publishing content that resonates with wealth advisors (maintain and accelerate our posting frequency weekly)

Developing newsletters, blog posts, and case studies that translate complex features into clear benefits

Managing our complete social media presence and content calendar

Collaborating with design resources and providing creative direction for visual assets

Developing webinar scripts and email campaigns

Ensuring consistent content delivery and meeting all publishing deadlines

Requirements

1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS

Strong execution mindset with ability to deliver from day one

Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize workflows while maintaining authentic voice

Excellent copywriting skills with ability to write clear, engaging content

Experience managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously

Self-directed learner who takes initiative and solves problems independently

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrates bias for action over extended planning cycles

Understands the difference between aesthetic content and performance-driven content

Can distill complex technical features into relatable benefits

Comfortable experimenting with new approaches and iterating based on results
