What You’ll Do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of campaign strategy and demand-generation initiatives. Unlike an execution-focused role, you will design, manage, and optimize data-driven campaigns that build thought leadership and accelerate enterprise growth.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage B2B funnels for demand generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Create high-value content : case studies, white papers, research articles, blogs.
  • Lead SEO / SEM : keyword research, site audits, link-building, paid campaigns.
  • Develop ad strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads and RedditAds
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences.
  • Oversee quarterly content calendars aligned with brand strategy.
  • Implement marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce).
  • Conduct A / B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Deliver campaign ROI reports with insights on CTR, CPL, CAC, MQL / SQL, ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to align with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior marketers (Interns) for campaign execution.
  • Track competitor activities and introduce new digital trends / tools

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of demand-gen strategies, ABM, and enterprise funnels.
  • Skilled in content strategy & thought leadership creation.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Bonus : Advanced SEO / SEM, automation workflows, influencer outreach.
