Senior Technical Project Manager - eCommerce Domain

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java-based microservices and hands-on experience in the eCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will lead offshore delivery teams, manage project execution end-to-end, and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and technical architecture is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving Java-based microservices in an eCommerce environment.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive alignment.
• Plan, track, and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum frameworks and project governance standards.
• Coordinate with development teams on design, development, integration, and deployment activities.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, along with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain seamless communication between offshore and onshore teams.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed project status reports for stakeholders.
