Job Description
Role & Responsibility :
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Identify and approach potential clients for IT services, software solutions, and digital products.
Client Meetings & Presentations : Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase IT solutions.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales Target Achievement : Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Follow-Ups & Negotiations : Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Coordination with Internal Teams : Work closely with the technical and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Requirements
Education : Any Graduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, BE Electronic and Telecommunication, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience : Fresher or up to 1 year in sales / marketing (IT industry preferred).
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication in English & local language.
Presentation Skills : Ability to pitch IT products and services effectively.
Negotiation Skills : Confident in handling client objections and closing deals.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven : Willingness to work in a high-performance sales environment.
Willing to Travel : This is a field sales role, requiring frequent travel to meet clients.
Skillset : Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Relationship building.
Must Needed : Requires a two-wheeler and a valid driver's licence.
