Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and nurture potential business leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and outreach tools. This role requires both strategic thinking and execution skills to drive qualified leads that convert into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet business growth targets.
Research target industries, decision-makers, and key influencers for outbound campaigns.
Execute targeted outreach campaigns using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) with accurate lead information.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly / monthly lead generation reports.
Follow up on warm leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and target market insights.
