Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Study Abroad Counselor. The Study Abroad Counselor will assist clients in exploring global education opportunities by providing tailored advice and accurate information on admissions, application processes, and visa requirements. Responsibilities also include conducting client consultations, maintaining strong relationships with students, and supporting them throughout their study abroad journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of international admissions, visa procedures, and global education opportunities
• Ability to conduct research and provide accurate, personalized advice
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple client cases
• Experience in education consulting or the study-abroad field is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• A passion for global education and cross-cultural awareness
