Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Specialist / Application Developer in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) . The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, designing, and delivering ServiceNow ITSM solutions, with exposure to ITOM and ITAM. Experience with financial sector clients, pre-sales, and solutioning is required. Candidate must hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portal.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored ITSM solutions.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and third-party systems (CRM, financial applications).
- Work with cross-functional teams (development, testing, project management) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
- Train clients and internal teams on ServiceNow best practices.
- Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and trends; adopt new features into ITSM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations during implementations.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and design.Hands-on delivery of ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Service Portal.Certifications : CSA + CIS-ITSM (mandatory).Experience in pre-sales activities : client engagement, requirement gathering, solutioning.Strong communication, presentation, and Agile experience (sprint management, delivery tracking).Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution collaboratively.Good-to-Have
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.Knowledge of ITIL framework.Experience with change management and adoption of ITSM solutions.Understanding of financial sector compliance and regulations.Experience delivering ITSM solutions for banks or financial organizations.Skills Required
