Roles and Responsibility
We are seeking a highly skilled ForgeRock Consultant to join our team. The ideal professional should have 4-6 years of experience working with ForgeRock and a strong background in Access Management. The professional will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and integrating ForgeRock products into client environments.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Access Management solutions implemented for clients using ForgeRock products such as ForgeRock Access Management, Identity Gateway, Identity Cloud and Directory Services
- Provide expertise on authentication, authorization, federation, and user management using technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs, such as integrating ForgeRock products into complex environments such as cloud-based or hybrid environments
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Provide technical assistance during implementation, testing, and production support, using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python and scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell
- Train and mentor junior analysts on ForgeRock products, providing knowledge transfer on product features, deployment, and troubleshooting techniques
