Child Activity Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute daily kids’ activities, workshops, and themed events that are age-appropriate, safe, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Personalize experiences for children based on age, interests, and cultural background — ensuring engagement for toddlers to teens.
• Ensure constant supervision, safety, and emotional well-being of children under care.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards within the Kids Club / Play Zone according to brand SOPs.
• Collaborate with F&B, SPA, and Guest Experience teams to curate special themed events (e.G., Little Chef sessions, Nature Trails, Junior Butler Etiquette, Festive Celebrations).
• Maintain clear communication with parents on schedules, preferences, allergies, or special needs.
• Ensure all activities reflect local culture, sustainability, and educational enrichment.
• Prepare daily activity reports, attendance logs, and feedback summaries.
• Engage with VIP families and deliver bespoke luxury experiences for children.
• Assist with marketing efforts — participate in photo moments, program highlights, and internal content creation.
• Adhere strictly to child safety policies, emergency procedures, and brand standards at all times.
