Role Overview

Designation : Manager

Location : Bengaluru India

Note : Employee to be based in Bengaluru only ; minimum 4 days / week in office

As the project owner in Bengaluru you will run a delivery pod executing enterprise & functions strategy engagements mentoring senior / experienced associates and partnering with the Senior Manager and US engagement leaders. You will convert ambiguous problems into structured workplans ensure quality deliverables and support talent development.

Competency Overview : Enterprise & Functional Strategy

The Operations Strategy team works with clients across industriessupporting engagements -

• Developing enterprise and functional strategy (operating model supply chain manufacturing & service operations) in partnership with C-suite executives
• Conducting operational due diligence to assess process and technology landscapes and create POVs
• Advising clients on transformation operating model redesign network optimization S&OP / planning logistics inventory sourcing & procurement
• Developing future state strategies for Operations driven digital transformation (analytics automation GenAI)

Job Description

Convert problem statements into plans estimates and storyline

Review outputs provide feedback and align with stakeholders

Develop reusable collateral including templates frameworks GenAI agents etc.
