A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory, management, or IT lead role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical support team across multiple geographic locations.
Deep, hands-on experience in strategic management and administration of both macOS and Windows environments at scale.
Expert-level knowledge of JAMF and Google Workspace administration, deployment, and security best practices.
Extensive experience with Azure AD for user lifecycle management, identity, and access governance (IAM).
Strong understanding and experience with security tools like Crowdstrike, Palo Alto Networks, and implementing modern security frameworks.
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing an IT operational budget.
Ready to manage a globally distributed team, which may require flexibility in working hours / shifts.
