About the Role :
As an HR Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely HR services to employees and managers. You will manage HR transactions, maintain employee data in HR systems, and support employee lifecycle programs while ensuring compliance and data privacy. This role focuses on providing an excellent employee experience by responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Typical Day in the Role :
Complete transactional requests and assigned inquiries within SLA, based on priority and complexity.
Respond to and resolve HR-related queries accurately, keeping the employee experience at the center.
Maintain and update Employee HR records in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
Take ownership of data administration requests, including following up with requestors for missing information or approvals.
Follow Desktop Procedures (DPs) and Knowledge Base (KB) articles for all transactions and queries.
Ensure compliance with Maker-Checker processes and perform data monitoring to maintain high-quality HR data.
Work in a data-sensitive environment while adhering to confidentiality and data privacy policies.
Candidate Profile / Ideal Background :
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Services with exposure to HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
Post-Graduation in any specialization.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft CRM, or SIEBEL is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information and meet service level agreements.
Team player with a willingness to help others.
Must-Have Skills :
Minimum 2 years of HR Service experience.
Excellent communication and customer focus skills.
Solid understanding of compliance, audits, and HR processes.
Experience with Employee Central (EC) and SAP HR modules.
