Role Description :

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing & Increasing Multinational Brand Industrial Lubricants, Adhesives & Sealants (Silicone, PU, Epoxy, Hybrid), Chemicals business in the Industrial market, providing technical support and expertise, assisting customers with product selection, and offering solutions to meet their specific needs. Daily tasks include presenting products and services to clients, responding to inquiries, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Techno commercial marketing and sales management in the geographical area and / or set of customers assigned to you.

Educational Requirements :

o Degree / Diploma - Mechanical / Electronics / Electricals / Chemical / Production / Engineering

o Graduation in Chemistry preferred, Any other qualification with similar work experience.

Knowledge Required :

o Knowledge of Industrial Lubricants, Sealants & Adhesives, Chemicals preferred.

o Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machines preferred.

o Good command over spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi.

o Good command of written English

o Computer Skills - Experience in using ERP, M.S. Office, AI Tools & other software

Experience Required :

o Minimum One / Two Years of industry sales experience.

o Experience in marketing of Lubricants, Sealants & Adhesives, chemicals preferred.

o Candidates with other Industrial sales experience are also welcome.
