Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented fresh graduates or postgraduates to join our team as Education Counselors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by our institution.

Key Responsibilities :

Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about UG & PG courses.

Advise students on program selection and the admission process.

Maintain records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.

Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.

Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.

Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.

Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.

Support students throughout their decision-making journey with a customer-centric approach.
