Key Responsibilities :
Human Resource Management
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and payroll records.
- Implement HR policies, compliance and performance tracking.
- Organize employee engagement and training programs.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company values.
Administration & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations and resource management.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers.Manage inventory, logistics and office maintenance.Support management in documentation, scheduling and communication.Ensure a smooth, efficient and compliant office environment.Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA in HR preferred).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.Strong communication, multitasking and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office, documentation and HR tools.High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.What We Offer :
