Senior Backend Engineer - AI-Powered Influencer Platform

The Opportunity

Want to build AI-powered systems at scale? Fame Keeda is revolutionizing influencer marketing with intelligent discovery, real-time tracking, and cross-platform analytics. We're looking for a senior backend engineer who loves building robust APIs, orchestrating complex workflows, and integrating cutting-edge AI.

You'll architect and build the backend systems that power our platform - from LangGraph workflows and AI integrations to microservices and data pipelines. If you're excited about Python, AI / ML APIs, and building systems that process millions of data points, this is your role.

About FameKeeda

We're building a comprehensive influencer marketing platform that helps brands discover and collaborate with creators across multiple social platforms. Our backend handles real-time data ingestion, AI-powered enrichment, and complex workflow orchestration using modern technologies like LangGraph, microservices, and AI / ML APIs.

What You'll Do

Build Backend Systems (60%)

  • Design and implement REST APIs with FastAPI
  • Build AI-powered workflows and integrations
  • Integrate AI / ML services for content analysis
  • Develop platform integrations for social media APIs
  • Implement background job processing
  • Optimize database queries and caching strategies

Architecture & Infrastructure (25%)

  • Design scalable microservices architecture
  • Implement caching strategies for performance
  • Build data pipelines for real-time analytics
  • Optimize database queries and schema design
  • Deploy and monitor services
  • Ensure system reliability and performance

    • Quality & Collaboration (15%)

  • Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, e2e)
  • Code reviews and technical mentorship
  • Collaborate with frontend team on API contracts
  • Document APIs, workflows, and architecture
  • Participate in on-call rotation (compensated)

    • Your Day-to-Day

    A typical week might include : reviewing monitoring dashboards, implementing AI-powered workflows, building REST APIs, optimizing database queries, debugging production issues, code reviews, and updating documentation. You'll work on everything from new feature development to performance optimization and system reliability.

    Core Technologies :

  • Python 3.11+ (FastAPI, async / await)
  • TypeScript / Node.js 18+
  • PostgreSQL with GraphQL
  • Redis for caching and queues
  • Docker & Kubernetes

    • AI & ML :

  • LangGraph for workflow orchestration
  • AI / ML APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini)
  • Vector embeddings for semantic search

    • Infrastructure :

  • Background job processing
  • Monitoring and observability tools
  • CI / CD pipelines
  • Social media platform APIs

    • Requirements

    Must Have :

  • 5+ years building production backend systems
  • Expert-level Python with async / await patterns
  • Strong experience with REST API design and implementation
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL optimization
  • Experience with Docker and containerization
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • Git and collaborative development workflows

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with AI / ML APIs
  • AI workflow frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, etc.)
  • GraphQL knowledge
  • Redis and caching strategies
  • Kubernetes or container orchestration
  • Experience with job queues
  • Social media APIs experience
