Job Summary :
The Operational Excellence - Manager / Sr Manager will analyze current processes by generating Process Flow Diagrams and Value Stream Maps in order to benchmark and / or quantify current performance, identify and quantify improvement scope, and to establish metrics for quantifying the improvement activities. Should have demonstrated capabilities to impact operational and financial metrices (e.g., wastage reduction, OTIF improvement, cost savings, etc.).
