Job Description : Associate Manager Client Servicing (BRSC)
Job Summary
The Associate Manager – Client Servicing (BRSC) is the primary client liaison, driving daily communication and alignment; partnering with strategy, design, and execution teams to deliver on goals; and supporting narrative development for reputation, executive communications, and thought leadership. The role tracks workflows and deadlines, surfaces insights from trends and digital listening, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and delivers ROI-focused reporting with clear recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication and alignment.
- Understand client goals and challenges, ensuring expectations are met with clarity and consistency.
- Support the Unit Lead / Manager in building long-term trust with clients.
Strategy Support & Narrative Development
Assist in developing communication strategies spanning reputation management, executive narratives, and thought leadership campaigns.Curate insights, case studies, and news trends to strengthen client presentations and documents.Support in creating structured PPTs, briefing notes, and one-pagers for C-suite engagement.Execution & Collaboration
Work with internal teams (strategy, design and execution) to ensure high-quality and timely execution of client deliverables.Coordinate across departments to ensure projects align with overall communication objectives.Track workflows, deadlines, and ensure operational excellence.Research, Insights & Market Awareness
Track industry trends, policy changes, and digital-first narratives to proactively identify communication opportunities.Conduct research to support client briefs, including competitor benchmarking and digital listening.Drive Business Growth :
Spot opportunities to expand existing mandates and pitch innovative solutions to clients.Collaborate with leadership to explore cross-selling / up-selling opportunities.Measurement & Reporting
Track performance metrics, ensuring client reporting goes beyond surface-level numbers.Develop reports that highlight ROI, learnings, and strategic recommendations.Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or corporate strategy roles.Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.Strong writing and presentation skills with a sharp eye for detail.Understanding of digital trends, influencer ecosystems, and media landscapes.Proficiency in PowerPoint and structured documentation.Show more
