Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Java Spring Boot Developer to take up the role of Lead Developer. This position demands someone who can make key architectural decisions, lead a team of junior developers, and take complete ownership of backend systems. Candidate should be a clear communicator who can drive projects independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java Spring Boot.
Take ownership of the architecture, system design, and key technology decisions.
Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practice sharing.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability across all services.
Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery, from planning and estimation to deployment and monitoring.

Required Qualifications :

1+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture design.

Proven experience in leading development efforts and making architectural decisions.

Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.

Familiarity with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
