Job description

The Content Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand, demand generation goals, and customer journey. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to produce content that engages, educates, and converts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, SEO strategy, and product launches.
  • Define content themes and messaging frameworks for brand positioning.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Oversee the creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content tailored for target audiences.
  • Manage external writers, freelancers, and agencies to scale content production.
  • SEO & Distribution
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content drives organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Distribute content across owned, earned, and paid channels (website, social media, email, PR).
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Optimize existing content for conversions, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to produce enablement content.
  • Align with design and multimedia teams for creative storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content management, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or data solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a content strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), CMS (WordPress, HubSpot), and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with multimedia content (video, podcasts, webinars) is a plus.
