Trainee Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, fluent English speakers to join our team as Trainee Sales Development Representatives . Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.

Use CRMs to track, manage and organize sales activities.

Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.

Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Fluent English speaker

Recent university graduate or 1-2 years’ experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable talking to new people.

Motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Organized, proactive and able to manage tasks and follow-ups efficiently.

Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

Familiarity with CRM systems

Interest in technology and innovation

Any prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
