Technical Sourcing Specialist

We're looking for a technical recruiter to help us build a world-class engineering team. You'll work directly with the founders to design our hiring engine and bring in people who write clean, maintainable code and thrive in async environments.

Responsibilities :

Own the full hiring cycle — from sourcing to closing

Build systems that assess not just skills, but mindset and fit

Create pipelines for engineers who solve real problems and write thoughtful code

About you :

Have 3–5 yrs of technical recruiting experience (startup or agency)

Great at spotting red flags and hidden gems

Leverage AI, and build systems to move faster and design a hiring process that filters for long-term contributors

Understand what clean code and self-driven engineering looks like (even if you’re not a coder)
