Play the role of a HR Business Partner.
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with stakeholders in the organization.
Manage and support the complete employee life cycle including Recruitment, Onboarding,
Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Exits.
Manage the employee database and prepare reports- Exit analysis, Compensation
Benchmarking,
Payroll, HR audit, Employee health insurance, Attendance, Digital personal files
coordination.
Drive employee engagement.
Manage communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook.
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
