Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist – Pet Relocation, located in Bengaluru. The Specialist will manage client relations, provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle communications with clients. Daily tasks include coordinating pet relocation logistics, addressing client inquiries, and providing continuous support throughout the pet's relocation process.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Client Relations skills

Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment

Prior experience in pet relocation or logistics is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
