Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior AI / ML Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI / ML solutions including Predictive Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AIto solve complex business challenges. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML models, leading junior engineers, and staying ahead of emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI solutions to address real-world business problems.
• Build scalable, production-ready AI / ML models including LLMs (Large Language Models), integrating with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Work on Agentic AI frameworks such as Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AgentForce to develop intelligent autonomous agents.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to design and implement AI solutions, including their native Generative AI services.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior AI engineers.
• Conduct research to stay current with advancements in AI / ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative AI / ML solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or related field.

Core Experience : 58 years in designing and implementing ML / AI solutions in production.
