Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive / Sr Executive / Assistant Manager in Operations / Sales - Travel & Tours, located in Kolkata. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations (air ticket, visa assistance, tour booking, itinerary, cruise booking, hotel booking, transfer / vehicle arrangement etc.), ensuring customer satisfaction, handling sales inquiries, and providing excellent travel and tour services to clients. Duties include coordinating with vendors, managing itineraries, developing and implementing sales strategies, and addressing customer concerns to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate.
• MBA / PG in Travel and Tourism shall be given preference.
• Ability to handle operations independently.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience.
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing top-notch Customer Service.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in the travel and tour industry.
