We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, demonstrating a passion for food and creativity in dish preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and help with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
