🔍 Job Overview

We are looking for a Workday Techno-Functional HCM Consultant with strong hands-on configuration experience to support and enhance our Workday HCM platform. This role will act as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and scalable solutions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Compensation, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions
• Design, configure, and test business processes, security roles, and data validations
• Provide functional support for Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors; Studio – coordination level)
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
• Perform unit testing, regression testing, and UAT ; support Workday releases
• Troubleshoot production and post-production issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support data loads, audits, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external vendors
• Maintain configuration workbooks, SOPs, and functional documentation
