JOB TITLE : Quality Assurance (QA) Underwriter
SHIFT TIMING : Must be open for Weekend, Rotational & Night Shift
POSITION TYPE : Full-Time
LOCATION : Chennai

Job Summary :
The QA Underwriter is responsible for conducting underwriting reviews of loans to ensure compliance with lender guidelines. This role involves a comprehensive assessment of loans underwritten by client underwriters to validate accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and lender requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform detailed review of loan files, including :
o Loan application
o Appraisal report and Automated Valuation Models (AVMs)
o Credit report
o Mortgage statement and Payoff statement
o Hazard and Flood Insurance policies
o Title commitment
o Note, Mortgage / Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed, and Quit Claim Deed
