Job description

Role & responsibilities :

  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and maintain Key Accounts
  • To increase market share by acquiring new customers and drive the pipeline for business development
  • Create & qualifies new sales opportunities
  • Owns and achieve sales targets set by the company
  • Coordinate with technical team and support pre sales activities during proposal writing
  • Manage sales cycle to close new business for the organization
  • Manage all sales related operations from maintaining leads database, creating proposals and organizing accurate sales information in CRM system
  • Responsible for managing and leading the entire sales cycle from lead generation till closure of deals
  • Possess in-depth product / industry knowledge and be able to conduct customer meetings and relay objection handling
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective or current customers.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • A passionate and self driven individual with extensive experience in client handling for international and domestic markets
  • Should be proficient in MS-Office tools
  • Should be able to manage a small sized team
  • Should be able to formulate policies to streamline the sales process for the team
  • Should be able to ideate, improvise and successfully implement strategies for business expansion and revenue generation
