Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows .

Build scalable automation while ensuring adherence to governor limits.

Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud features, including custom objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

Maintain >

90% test coverage with clean, modular code aligned to SOLID principles .

Collaborate with architects and admins to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.

Support integrations ( REST / SOAP APIs, middleware ) and data migration projects.

Participate in deployments and CI / CD pipeline management.

Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.

Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL / SOSL, and Flow automation .

Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge (objects, record types, validation rules, etc.).

Proven experience handling large data volumes and performance optimization .

Exposure to Agile delivery methods .

Salesforce Platform Developer I

Certifications (Optional / Preferred)

Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

Experience in high-volume environments and scalable automation design.

Knowledge of DevOps and CI / CD in Salesforce.
