Manager Research & Development

Required Skills

• A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is necessary.
• A minimum of 12 years of applicable industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.
• Strong proficiency in New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining complex precision products.
• Experience in utilizing design methodologies and tools for the product development.
• Experience with manufacturing processes including molding, stamping, plating, and assembly.
• The candidate should demonstrate self-motivation, robust organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. They should exhibit proficiency in prioritizing tasks, establishing, and achieving objectives, and promoting ongoing enhancement and adaptation within the team and across the broader organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adept at conveying, negotiating, and achieving results-driven outcomes across all global levels.
