Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining complex precision products.
- Experience in utilizing design methodologies and tools for the product development.
- Experience with manufacturing processes including molding, stamping, plating, and assembly.
- The candidate should demonstrate self-motivation, robust organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. They should exhibit proficiency in prioritizing tasks, establishing, and achieving objectives, and promoting ongoing enhancement and adaptation within the team and across the broader organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
Leading the product development team responsible for both New Product Development (NPD) and sustaining life cycle engineering.Offer technical leadership to guarantee that projects satisfy functional, cost, and timing criteria.Engage in collaboration and close coordination with engineering teams worldwide.Drive continuous improvement culture and digital methodologies to increase speed, innovation, and efficiency.Communicate and collaborate with various functional areas, both within and across sites.Foster the growth of team members by coaching and guiding them in their professional development.Offer technical support and serve as a liaison to both internal and external customers.Industry : Electronic Components / Semiconductor
