Billing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end hospital billing and revenue cycle operations

• Ensure accuracy, timely billing, and adherence to healthcare regulations

• Guide and mentor the billing team to achieve operational excellence

• Liaise effectively with TPAs, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders

• Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies to optimize revenue flow

Preferred Profile:

• Proven experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle management

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities

• In-depth knowledge of insurance/TPA processes and compliance norms

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in a corporate hospital environment, preferably Max Healthcare or equivalent
