Senior Conversational Bot Engineer

Technical Skills :

Expertise in Conversational AI development using

Google Dialogflow CX / ES , including intent design, entity modeling, and fulfillment logic.

Experience integrating chatbots with Vertex AI, Generative AI models, and LLMs via APIs.

Proficient in Python, Node.js, or Java for backend integration and webhook development.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based communication.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for automated deployment and monitoring.

Skilled in

GCP services

such as Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firestore, BigQuery, Pub / Sub, IAM, and Service Accounts.

Proficient in Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Error Reporting for operational visibility and troubleshooting

Knowledge of automation frameworks including AI Agents, RPA tools, Google Workflows, and Cloud Composer for end-to-end chatbot automation and management.
