Proactive Prospect Outreach : Create compelling pitches & generate MQLs / SQLs every week for sales team independently via email, calls & social media to build relationships & secure meetings with decision-makersLead Generation : Research, identify & target potential leads across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, events, tailored email campaigns & professional networksTarget Achievement : Own & meet established lead generation targets with accountability for growthClient Qualification Framework : Implement a robust qualification system to evaluate leads based on needs, budget, timeline & decision-making authorityMarket Research : Monitor industry trends, competitors & market developments to identify emerging business opportunitiesCross-functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, marketing & design teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goalsLead-nurturing Programs : Design & nurture strategic campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel with relevant content & timely follow-upsWhat We’re Looking For :
1-2 years in lead generation, pre-sales or consulting within a services or design environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant fieldPersistence & resilience with ability to handle rejection professionallyResilient communicator with sustained positive demeanorProven track record in B2B lead generation with demonstrable results in a services or design environmentExcellent communication skills & comprehensive understanding of B2B acquisition dynamics & decision-making processesEvidence-based approach to prospect targeting with clear qualification methodologyStrong data mindset with ability to analyze metrics & optimize outreach strategiesProficiency in CRM tools, Lead gen tools, MS-Office & Google Suite, with ability to maintain meticulous recordsAnalytical problem-solver who can quickly identify client pain points & position our services as solutions
