We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join an application development and enhancement project in the US Healthcare domain . This role requires a hands-on technologist with strong execution, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in application development
Strong expertise in Java Full Stack development
Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with container-based technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Scrum / Agile development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with complex systems in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance healthcare applications using Java Full Stack technologies

Design and implement scalable solutions on GCP

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

Lead and mentor junior developers as needed

Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
