Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 + High Incentives + Allowances

About the Company Our client, a fast-growing digital advertising brand, installs LED ad boards on residential and commercial properties.

Property owners earn ₹500–₹1,500 per day , while brands get high-impact local visibility — a true win-win model.

Role Overview – What You’ll Do As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the LED advertising network by onboarding homeowners and shopkeepers.

Your main responsibilities include :

• ️ Territory management & daily field visits
• ️ Meeting property owners and pitching income model
• ️ Generating high-quality leads
• ️ Completing registrations and onboarding owners
• ️ Achieving weekly & monthly onboarding targets

Training & Work Structure Fast-Track 6-Day Onboarding Plan

Days 1–2 : Product & sales training

Days 3–6 : Field work + generating 8–10 visits / day & 4–6 leads / day

Weekly Work Pattern

Mon–Thu → High-intensity field activity

Fri → Registrations, conversions & closing

Mandatory Weekly Target :

➡️ 10 Successful Registrations Every Friday

➡️ Monthly Target : 40–50 Registrations

90-Day Probation During probation you must meet weekly and monthly targets.
