We are looking for a Software Engineer who combines technical expertise with learning agility and adaptability. This role demands the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies beyond one’s core skill set to enhance client delivery and system performance. The successful candidate will work across multiple platforms—including Quadient, and mainframe systems—to support, customize, and improve client-facing print and electronic communications.

This position is designed for a Software Engineer who is ready to triage and provide development support. Candidates should be prepared to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within a dynamic and evolving technical landscape.

• Cross-Team Technical Support
• Deliver comprehensive support by analyzing, debugging, and resolving print and electronic communication issues across multiple teams.
• Advanced Problem Solving
• Address complex technical challenges, establish performance standards, and apply multiple technologies to drive innovative solutions.
• Strategic Support Initiatives
• Lead initiatives that integrate application and technology support with business objectives, ensuring long-term scalability and alignment with organizational goals.

Bachelors degree required preferably in a Computer Science discipline.
