Familiarity with LAN / WAN bandwidth and performance monitoring. Experience in generating technical reports for clients or management. Exposure to global customer support environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Global IT support operations. Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools. Understanding of ITIL framework and processes. CCNA certification is a strong advantage.
Job Opportunity : Network Support Engineer (L1) – Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Location : Hyderabad
Work Mode : Work From Office
Shift : Australian Time Zone (24 / 7 support & rotational shifts)
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS .
- Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S , HP Aruba , Ruckus Wireless , WAN and ISP links .
- Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.
- Respond to alerts / notifications configured in monitoring systems.
- Carry out basic network operations : VLAN creation, port / user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting , etc.
- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management .
- Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
