Job Opportunity : Network Support Engineer (L1) – Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Location : Hyderabad
Work Mode : Work From Office
Shift : Australian Time Zone (24 / 7 support & rotational shifts)
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS .
- Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S , HP Aruba , Ruckus Wireless , WAN and ISP links .
- Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.
- Respond to alerts / notifications configured in monitoring systems.
- Carry out basic network operations : VLAN creation, port / user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting , etc.
- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management .
- Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
Technical Experience :
1 to 3 years of experience in a global IT support environment.Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and network gear.Familiarity with LAN / WAN bandwidth and performance monitoring.Experience in generating technical reports for clients or management.Exposure to global customer support environments.Required Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Global IT support operations.Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools.Preferred Skills :
Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.CCNA certification is a strong advantage.
