Entry-Level Food Science & Nutrition Technician

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Food Technologist who is hands-on in the lab, curious with ingredients, and excited to experiment across powders, dehydrated products, and extruded formats.

You will support R&D, pilot trials, sensory testing, and help scale products from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in development of high-protein and functional food products
• Conduct experiments to improve texture, flavour, solubility & digestibility
• Work with extrusion, drying, blending, baking or similar food processing technologies
• Support scale-up and troubleshooting during production runs
• Conduct stability checks, sensory panels, and nutritional validations
• Maintain documents — formulations, test logs, SOPs, and regulatory data
• Follow hygiene, safety & FSSAI requirements at all times
• Handle sourcing of RM / PM, work with operations and packaging teams as needed
