Description :

We are hiring an experienced and qualified Associate Professor in Physiology to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate students, guiding research, supporting curriculum development, and contributing to academic and administrative responsibilities in compliance with NMC (National Medical Commission) norms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials to MBBS and allied health science students.
  • Guide PG students and interns in seminars, research, and thesis work.
  • Design and update the curriculum as per NMC and university guidelines.
  • Supervise laboratory sessions and ensure student discipline and lab safety.
  • Participate in student assessment, internal evaluations, and university exams.
  • Contribute to departmental academic planning and quality assurance processes.
  • Publish scholarly research in indexed medical journals.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • MBBS with MD in Physiology from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of total teaching experience, including 4 years as Assistant Professor.
  • At least 2 publications in indexed / national / international journals as per NMC norms.

    • Key Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of human physiology and related subjects
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and mentorship skills
  • Experience in medical education and research methodology
  • Ability to work in a collaborative academic environment
  • Familiarity with simulation labs and digital teaching tools is a plus.

    • Requirements :

    Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

  • Educational Qualification :
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), or LLB with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A Tax.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • In-depth knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate Laws, Stamp Duty, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
  • Proven track record in handling mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring.
  • Key Competencies :
  • Excellent client management and business development skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and report writing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ownership and responsibility of delegated tasks and client deliverables.
  • Strong commercial and financial market awareness.
  • Leadership & Collaboration :
  • Effective people management and team mentoring capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams within and outside the organization.
