Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Event Sponsorship Manager. The Event Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for managing and executing event sponsorship strategies, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis. Daily tasks include securing event sponsors, building and maintaining relationships with partners, managing event logistics, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The role also requires tracking and reporting on sponsorship performance to ensure goals and targets are met.

Qualifications

• Skills in Event Marketing and Communication
• 2+ years experience scouting and closing sponsorship deals
• Expertise in Event Management and Event Planning
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Experience with AI and Web3 events is desired

This position pays out 20% commission on sales closed and has no base pay.
